How do we create the art?
Our team of highly skilled designers take the photo of your pet and recreate it using state of the art techniques to create a high resolution renaissance style art piece.
Will you send a preview first?
Yes, we send previews of your artwork before printing it. If you’re not happy with it for any reason we will provide multiple revisions until you are.
How long does it take to product?
Typically it takes around 5-7 days to design and print the canvas/phone case
Can I hang it on my wall?
All of our canvases come with a hooks and mounts so you can easily hang it after receiving it.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?
It depends on your location, but this provides a good estimate:

  • USA: 5-7 days
  • Canada: 7-12 days
  • Worldwide: 2-3 weeks
Can I track my order?
Yes, the order will be shipped around 5-7 days after placing the order, in which you will receive tracking information.
Can I return the canvas?
You may return the product for a full refund if there is a defect or if the design is not correct. If you approve the design and the product is in good condition, no refund will be granted.
